We are confident you will be surprised how inexpensive our apartment is relative to comparable locations. 

The weekly cost includes:

• Rental of the Property for up to four guests

• Unlimited access to our dedicated in-suite 40meg wifi

• Access to Lago Verde facilities:  swimming pool, sunbathing terraces and gardens. 

• Washing machine – purchase your own laundry pods.

• Powerful digital TV system, which gets loads of movie and sport channels.

• Support for car rental, day trips, local activities from the reception.

• Seriously upgraded sheets, pillowslips, hand, bath and tea-towels.  The apartment is swept clean weekly, and towels and tea towels are changed mid-week.  We even provide beach towels.

Our apartment is ideal for couples and families.  It is not the best place for singles or groups of single people.
